From Gygax and Areson, to Coville and Mercer, which Dungeon Master is the Master of All?</p><p></p><p>To create this challenge, I compiled a list of celebrity Dungeon Masters from Reddit, Google, Wikipedia, Twitch, and probably even darker places on the Internet. And to help jog everyone's memories about the person listed, I included their best-known and/or most recent Dungeon Master project. I understand that this list is not comprehensive (there are literally hundreds of celebrity DMs out there with their own podcasts and streams and live-play shows and so forth), and I understand that some of these DMs are known for more than just one project. There's no helping it. I had to keep the list to a reasonable length, otherwise this wouldn't be fun for anybody. So please: before you comment on whether or not a certain name should have been included on the list, see Point No. 3, below.</p><p></p><p>Each Dungeon Master will start with 20 points. You vote for one that you like, which gains 1 point. And then you vote for one you dislike, which loses 2 points. It is intentional that a negative vote is worth more than a positive vote - first, because it takes something extra to whittle these guys down to size. Second, because.</p><p></p><p>Upvotes are in green, downvotes are in red (unless you are on your phone, and are unable to). Copy and paste the previous poster’s vote and change the numbers. You may vote once per day in each category. This is an honor system, and we are all honorable gamers; please do not abuse it. If this means you vote once at night one day, and once the next morning - that's fine, but don't vote again until the following day.</p><p></p><p>This is purely a popularity contest and you do not have to explain an upvote or downvote, but feel free to - explanations are where the fun is!
