His personal homebrew campaign setting was called Blackmoor, and it is widely considered the first complete D&D campaign setting. Arneson left TS&R in the early 80s, but Blackmoor remained and was referenced in game products (particularly the DA series of adventure modules, like "Adventures in Blackmoor," "Temple of the Frog," and "City of the Gods.") Even after the Blackmoor campaign was ended, other settings (such as Mystara) and products continued to reference it for years. An updated d20 System version of Blackmoor was published by Goodman Games in 2004, and a 4E campaign guide for Blackmoor was published by Zeitgeist in 2009. He passed away in April of 2009.</p><p></p><p><strong>Chris Perkins </strong>is a game designer and senior producer of the D&D game (he was also the story manager for D&D 4E in 2007.) He was also the lead story designer for the 5E Ravenloft reboot, "Curse of Strahd," in 2016, and the DM for <em>Acquisitions, Incorporated</em> until 2018. As a Dungeon Master, he ran the Twitch livestream show <em>Dice, Camera, Action</em> from 2016 to 2019, and was a two-time guest DM for <em>Critical Role</em>.</p><p></p><p><strong>Satine Phoenix </strong>is a comic book illustrator, painter, cosplayer, model, and adult actress, and was also the Community Manager of Wizards of the Coast from 2018 to 2019. She is the co-creator of the graphic novel <em>New Praetorians</em>, the founder of CelebrityChariD20, and the owner of the entertainment company <em>Guiding Light. </em>As a Dungeon Master, Satine is the second-season host of Game Master Tips on YouTube, and is the DM of the popular Twitch stream <em>Maze Arcana</em>, a 5E campaign setting that combines elements from Eberron and Magic: the Gathering.</p></blockquote><p></p>
