No, they would test. They wouldn't attempt to use Earth knowledge to assume anything about alien flora or fauna. And to perform those tests? They would need to go out into the wilderness. Out to deal with the things that they can't use their knowledge checks to remember anything about. Right, you are the only one who could possibly be correct. Always glad to have a reasonable conversation with you about how your style of play is the one true superior style. Oh my actual good lord. Do you not remember my entire premise? How about this, how about you tell me what you think the premise of the original argument was, so I can figure out far off-base you've gotten. Why would the PCs not know what a skeleton was? The Ancient Greeks knew what a skeleton was. Ever since humans figured out that bones were a thing, they've known what a skeleton is. What happened to all this assumption of easy DCs being passed? I'm not going to not describe what a skeleton is to someone. And a skeleton doesn't look like a bone golem made from multiple skeletons. No, they aren't stupid. Seriously, this is like saying they will think all four-legged furry mammals are dogs. Even if you don't know what it is... you know it isn't a dog. You don't need a knowledge check to know that skeletons aren't floating in the air wreathed in magic, or wearing cursed armor that flickers with the flames of hell. Wow. I knew you had an ego, but wow. You would be too skilled of a player, for a DM who doesn't have special secret religious knowledge prepared for your discussion with the high priest, to handle. Wow. I don't even have words. Firstly, HA no. Of all the stats, only one of them gets called a God stat, and it isn't any of your first three. Secondly, tell me what doesn't make sense about your numbers. #1: Int and Cha #2 Wis #2 Dex #4 Strength # error: Con
