D20 adaptation - Spinning Piledriver

I searched the ToB for a maneuver that looked like the Zangief move with no succeed. Does anyone knows some maneuver/monstrous ability/special attack form/spell (?) that can be similar to this?

The spinning piledriver is like this:

I would say that would be successful grapple and jump checks followed by the falling to the ground. I know it isn't fancy but that is what the best equivalent would be in 3.x.

Literally just came up with this immediately after watching the clip, it probably needs some work.

Spinning Pile-Driver
You can make a devastating attack that slams an opponents into the ground.
Prerequisites: Improved Grapple, Spring Attack, Improved Bull Rush, tumble 5+.
Benefits: With a successful grapple you can carry an opponent through a flip that ends with an unarmed attack (body slam) for triple damage. The opponent is automatically prone at the end of the attack. The attack does not break your grapple.
