D20 Book on Nature's Challenges

Sundragon2012

First Post
I need a D20 book that has a good set of rule mechanics to simulate the dangers of the natural world. Anything from exposure, dehydration, difficulty navigating certain terrains, finding food, shelter, water, etc. Similar to what used to be in the old Wilderness Survival Guide.

I am starting a Midnight campaign and I want to include realistic natural challenges to keep the PCs on their toes and make the world seem more real.

Does anyone have any book recommendations?

DMG? Seriously, the DMG is the best resource I've seen when it come to natural hazards. I'd also check out the free D&D modules available on Wizards as they often include rules for these things. In a jungle adventure (The Eye of the Sun on the first page) for instance you will find rules for creepy crawlies in the back pack. Happy hunting!

Ps. Into the Frozen Waste by Eric Cagle has rules on ice, snow and snowshoes. Just checked.
