Hey gang,
I've decided to do a "Story Hour" for my d20 Future playtest campaign that I'm running. I've posted it in my blog, and I know some of you itching for d20 Future might be interested in knowing what we, the designers, have been doing with it. Here's part of the intro from the post:

Also, if anyone could give me Morrus' working e-mail address (the freeserve one keeps bouncing) I'd appreciate it. I just thought I'd let him know about this.

I decided that, in order to drum up some interest in the d20 Future book, which I co-wrote and will be out in August, I would do a story hour of some of the playtest sessions in the campaign. This is the first installment, and includes the prologue to set up the campaign setting and the first episode, which is rather short. Hopefully, I'll be able to post one of these each week until we get done playtesting or until people stop being interested. This should give you some idea of what the d20 Future sourcebook can be used for, though it is by no means indicative of everything in the book. One thing in particular to keep in mind: this setting is NOT from the d20 Future book. It is a homebrewed setting, made up of several different pieces of numerous settings, and does not reflect any campaign options found in the book. In essence, it is a "Space Western" setting and you should not think that this setting represents the book as a whole. Just remember that we're using the d20 Future mechanics with the campaign setting. Enjoy it, and don't be afraid to let me know what you think. Hopefully, it'll give you a chance to see what can be done with a book designed to be a sci-fi toolkit for the d20 Modern system.
