Two of its feats do not exist in the Modern corebook- Spell Penetration and Improved Critical. Spell Penetration is printed in Urban Arcana, though. That is three feats requiring a replacement. As a replacement for Imp Critical, Multiattack could be used (this changes the full attack line). Educated provides a bonus to its Knowledge Skills.
