[QUOTE="Tanstaafl, post: 1011040, member: 12232"] You are lead down the hallway by Ms. Bloome’s assistant, Honey, she’s tall and slender and makes good use of her two extra arms as she carries a tray of drinks in one, a plate of cookies in another, gestures with a third as she talks about the history of Bloome House, and uses the fourth to open a sturdy wooden door about halfway down the hall. Like the hallway, the room is dimly lit and the floor is covered with thin, faded carpeting – it may have been red at one time but is now an indistinct brownish color with dark and light splotches that don’t quite look like anything recognizable. The room that Honey leads you into has a large fireplace, with a blazing fire, that takes up almost the entire north wall. The west wall, adjacent to the hallway, features several large paintings of local landscapes – they’re rather amateur attempts. The east and south walls are made up of wooden shelving. The shelves hold an assortment of books, artifacts, and unidentifiable objects – they are cluttered and appear disorganized. There are two large overstuffed leather couches near the fireplace; Honey sets her trays down on a table between them. There is also a wicker rocking chair and a cloth-covered recliner that’s only a little tattered. Ms. Elisa Bloome wheels herself into the room, maneuvering her chair deftly around obstacles. Honey speaks softly to her, and she replies, [color=Darkorchid]”Thank you, Honey, I don’t think we’ll be needing anything else.
