Every failure was a tep in the right direction though as it freed Geminus' mind to see what was wrong with the formulae. After graduating from South Gate High School, the military approached him with an offer he couldn't refuse due to his extensive knowledge in quantum mechanics and string theory. He was offered to to be a participant in a top secret project that was right up his alley. He accepted, signed the NDA and started training in the fields that would help him understand the project. That was 5 years ago. Geminus is now 23 and has been fully briefed about the Shadowgate.
