AEG faced the very real possibility of laid off employees saying they were laid off, feeding the rumor mill anyway, so they made the announcment. This statement is mystifying to me because the game is already perfectly playable as-is. People play games without direct support of the company all the time - Paranoia pre-XP (kept alive by it fans for nearly 15 years!) or Cyberpunk or Marvel Super Heroes or any other number of out of print games out there; people don't have a problem playing those.But the more important thing is that I am here telling you Spycraft does have a future. Definately.
