D20 Modern: The Tarrasque as Godzilla?

I've been thinking about using a modified tarrasque (MM 3.5) as the basis for a Godzilla type creature. The monstrous aberration will be apperaing in an upcoming Sliders/Tangents adventure. Out of curiousity: How would you modify the tarrasque to reflecta 'real' world godzilla?

Are you looking to create a monster that can't be defeated? Or something vaguely balanced for Modern characters?

If the latter, I would suggest taking the nuclear toxyderm from the Urban Arcana, but tone down it's chain reaction power. Oh yeah, change it's look so people think it's godzilla.

I used the kaiju rules published in Dragon for my monster-that-ate-Malaysia critter - I'm sorry I don't recall the issue number, but I'm sure you can find it somewhere on-line.

Christopher Lambert - I'm not looking for something that can not be defested, I do want something balanced for Modern caharacters. Thanks for your input.

Dragon #289 has a kaiju template; slap that onto a creature and have it stomp the sea-based metropolis of your choice.
