On the 1st of July DaemonEye Publishing released it's new psionics rule book, Psionics Ascendant. It can be dowloaded from RPGNow.com for only $7, less if you purchased the Academe Mentus or Psionics Companion 3.5 file prior to that date.
Designed ffor use with both the 3.0 and 3.5 rules systems, this 200+ page book covers everything you need to make psionics into a dynamic and unique element of your games. In addition to a startling new way of handling cahracter customization at low levels, there is also all the materials you will need to seemlessly run the new system.
As for the "learning curve", I am proud to say it is drastically low. The system uses the feat and prestige class abilities mechanics that everybody already knows and is familiar with, with slight permutations. There is even a large chapter devoted to explaining the minutae of the new system in detail, and the author is always happy to answer any questions you might have.
