[DaemonEye] Still trying to get a Lands of Molokai review here...

C'mon folks! I've almost finished the 3.5 update of "Psionics Companion", and there isn't even a review of "Lands of Molokai" LINKED over in the company description!

Heck, there weren't any PRODUCTS listed in it either, until I tossed them in.

What do I have to do to get a review around here?

Have you sent promotional review copies to the staff reviewers of ENWorld and the other major review sites?

Remember that a VAST majority of reviews on this particular site are by the fans, people who have bought the products and have decided to review them on their own time. So to get reviews here, the best thing to do is sell a lot of copies of the product in question.

I would have sent copies to the staff, heck I might have already. Its been awhile and I can't remember now... Anyways, Somebody said they woudl review it for me...yipeee!

I haven't purchased the Lands Of Molokai, but will probably do up a review of the Psionics Companion after it comes out.

Your first review can now be found here.

By the way Steve I had to check who wrote the review on this product because of this quote:

"The chapter entitled “Running Molokai” introduces some rules for maintaining lands and subjects (for character landholders) and running merchant guilds – the last a particularly good bunch of ideas. There’s also a oddly out-of-place set of mechanics for healing broken limbs (divorced from any mechanics that would explain how bones get broken in the first place given d20’s low-resolution, abstract injury system)."

I find it pretty funny because I was just reading the Bastion Press product Torn Asunder, where such a mechanic would fit right in.

Its a pretty tight section if I may say so myself. Heck, I ran THREE MONTHS worth of adventures based around the Guild system!

BTW, the Psionics Companion 3.5 is almost done...just one monster description and then compiling to go! With luck it should be up for sale sometime tomorrow. Also, I am leaving several of the "white spaces" the LoM reviewer didn't like, they are just too useful from my perspective. They allow me to add in extra data without totally screrwing up the formatting, which is always handy. I'm leaving in many such spaces in teh Monsters chapter, simply because I plan on filling them in with donated artwork of the monsters, as donations permit... <hint> ;)

The revised 3.5 Lands of Molokai will be available sometime around the begining of September. It should be easy enough to do, but will take a little bit. If anybody has anything they would like to see introduced, let me know. After all, thats what streatch space is for!
