Dark Legacies from Red Spire Press - Opinions?

I've been keeping semi-tabs on this setting/book since I first heard about it and from the reviews I've read I am really hoping to get it sometime soon. But I'd like some opinions from fellow EN-World'ers that have either read it or played it for their impressions.

So - tell me what you think about, good, bad or ugly.
