Odten was accepted into the group, but found it hard to make friend amongst the humans, most dismissing him as a "dumb lizard". One amongst their number did not judge Odten this way, Drinchek, a foundling cared for by the group. The young human seemed to care little about outwards appearance, and wanted company as badly as Odten.
