Wait till we see the epic level Handbook info on monks.

Given how much 3E panders to the anime crowd :p There shoud be some epic feats that let monks shoot fireballs, fly[not just jump high], and sence the level and HP of someone, (in essence feeling thier Ki).

Yes, we'll have to wait for the ELH before we can get a full DBZ translation. All the Z fighters are epic level monk/sorceres, or, more close, monk/psions.

I do agree that the characters in the show are epic level, I think that something could be done to for the lower lvls. I'm designing a prestige class that would imitate the powers they have to a certain degree. Is there anything in oriental handbook?

If you are looking to run a DBZ style game, I would recommend checking out "Exalted" by White Wolf Games. They claim inspiration from such sources as Ninja Scroll, Final Fantasy, and other over the top anime. Oh, and your characters can glow as bright as the sun and be seen from over 20 miles away when you use your super powers. It isn't d20, but it sure is fun

I was going to type something like this.

I'm a fan of the original DB more than DBZ. It had a better atmosphere to it. Anyway, how would anyone stat Ten Shin Han's third eye? Is there a psionic item or power that covers that, or do you think its more of a prestige class based achievement. The latter is unlikely given the Crane Elder's (Ten Shin Han's original mentor) lack of such a power....or use of it at least.
