Since its a fantasy game, I just assume (unless the player tells me differently) that all the PCs are better than average looking , and have the kind of metabolisms that don't put on excess weight no matter how much they eat. All the males have larger than average... endowments. All the females have larger than average breasts, but they never cause the PC back pain or make male NPCs talk at the PC's chest. The female characters  never get scars on their faces, no matter how much fire damage or cuts they take. The men might get a cool fencing scar, which only make them look more rugged. The PCs don't smell bad, their teeth aren't rotten, and their clothes always fit. The PCs routinely run into people who are overweight, ugly, scarred, deformed, smelly, diseased or otherwise unattractive. The PCs aren't those things because its a silly fantasy game. Even the female Gnome Illusionist is kinda hot for a Gnome!</blockquote>
