DDI - Scales of War:Throne of the Stone-Skinned King

So I downloaded this adventure yesterday, and I must be blind, but I can't find anywhere in the module where it tells you what level this is for and what level the PCs might be at it's conclusion.

Also, it mentions fifteen parcels on page 6:

“Throne of the Stone-Skinned King” uses the treasure parcel system described in the Dungeon Master’s Guide. The PCs should gain a total of fifteen treasure parcels. The Treasure Parcels sidebar lists the most likely places to find parcels, so you can fill in the blanks with the parcel numbers noted below.

But there's only ten parcels identified in the sidebar. What are the other parcels, and is it safe to assume, then, that the PCs will go up a level and a half?
