Well, it's not the same sort of thing, but Penn & Teller's BULS#@$Y*&T is a very good and very entertaining show. It shines a harsh and well deserved light on a lot of the BS that gets accepted with out the critical thought it needs. Stargate SG-1 was created for and ran for the first 5 or 6 yrs on Showtime. The New Outer Limits I thought was excellent, though very, very dark. The DVD releases for this have been more samplers than anything else. Like all anthology shows quality could be mixed, but I found a shockingly high number of the episodes to be excellent. Haven't really checked if that's the case with the episodes they did release. IIRC at least one of the samplers they released seemed to be mostly fairly lame episodes. Odyssey 5 hasn't been released on DVD and given that it only lasted 12 eps may never be. It had a unique feel to it and a great cast, much like the much lamented DLM. Short synopsis - Crew of the Shuttle Odyssey 5 is in orbit, when the Earth suddenly explodes. The crippled shuttle is drifting among the remains of the planet, when a strange craft shows up and hauls them onboard. It says that it is called the Seeker and that it is trying to find out who/what is destroying worlds occupied by sentient beings, including that of his creators. This being the first time it has manage to find survivors, it sends their minds 5yrs back in the past to try and stop who/what was responsible for the destruction of the earth. However, their knowledge of future events will prove increasingly unreliable as their actions alter the time line and they all have their own demons to contend with. The series was created by Manny Coto who was responsible for the last season of Enterprise and it starred Peter Weller. Can't go wrong with Buckaroo Banzai/RoboCop himself. You might be able to catch reruns on Showtime or HDnet.
