Continue Turn 4, Running Wolf rears back and throws her tomahawk at the back of the Deputy Attack roll 4+4+2 [flaking] =10 miss (unless you want to spend a Fate Chip!) Thomas you see the Deputy thing is turning to flee and you open up on him/it with a double blast from your Winchester Rapid Shot, each attack roll is -2, so Attack #1 11+2 =13 hit!, second attack roll 6+2= 8 miss (unless you spend a Fate Chip). Damage roll from your first attack roll 3+8 +1 (damage is 2d8+1) =12 points of Vitality! OCC BTW you attack last round did 10 points of damage as I forgot the +1 AND a horrible thing happens... as the Deputy turns to flee the first shot from Thomas makes the creatures skin split open! It starts for fall off the thing that looked like the Deputy and causes you all a look of horror and revolution! New Fear check, but +2 as you all know something is really wrong with the Deputy... well except Scarlet, you don't get no bonus... Scarlet fear check roll 19+0 (will) you succeed but are disturbed anyway. Running Wolf fear check roll natural 20! this monster must die! Also your Knowledge (Indian Lore) roll 19+6 =25 tells you that this creature is a Skinwalker, a horror daemon that kills and wears the skins of it victims! Thomas fear check 5+2 (will)+2 =9 failure (unless you spend a Fate Chip) you will be -3 to attack rolls and saving throws against this creature! The sight of this chills you to your very core... Dustin fear check 4 +2 (will) +2 -3 (original fear check) failure again (unless you wish to spend a Fate Chip)... this just can't be real! You are just so shocked that you can't fire this turn... unless the Fates intervenes Felix fear check 17 +3 (will) +2 =21, success and you can react normal. This is a powerful spirit daemon that is for sure! Depending on what you all do, you see that as the Deputy's skin seems to split and peel away from the thing that was wearing it... there is a great deal of blood and gore falling off of it! The thing that appears outside of it looks to be a human, but with no skin. You see blood and muscle tissue and internal organs... it is just to horrible to look upon for to long! The creatures hisses at you with a mouth full of razor sharp teeth and a weird tube like tongue. Long claws can be seen extending from the index and middle fingers of each hand... and then it turns and tries to run away on all fours (looping along like a weird looking wolf or something!)
