Hiya, I'm going to be going down this path as well. My group is leaning towards a D20 Victorian/Deadlands type game, so I've been gobbling up every resource I can find to see what I come up with. My plan is to start in 1875 and advance the campaign a year every couple of adventures. The resources I'm using: * Masque of the Red Death * Broncosaurus Rex * Cthulhu d20 and Cthulhu by Gaslight * Deadlands d20 * Space: 1889 * Forgotten Futures * D20 Past * Sidewinder: Recoiled We'll be using the D20 Modern system as the base. I've been having fun converting Deadlands to the D20 Modern system using E-tools. I've created two advanced classes so far (Huckster and Blessed). I also converted all the weapons and spells. Next going to do feats and monsters then I'll move on to the next book. D20 Past already covered Shaman and Mad Scientist, which I will be using in place of the Deadlands rules (the Deadlands invention rules are all over the map). My goal is to 1) have one sourcebook for all of the add-on material for D20 Modern, and 2) have it all in e-tools so I can easily convert any of the adventures for the above games into the generic setting. I figure Sidewinder: Recoiled will require the least converting (if at all, book is on order). Masque of the Red Death is suprisingly update, since it was made for D&D 3.5. Any of the above games would be great resources for a "weird" 1800s. And there's the Forgotten Futures site itself, which is a treasure trove of material: http://www.forgottenfutures.com/game/index.htm Great stuff!
