In your otherwise excellent work, the Book of Taverns, are you sure it was a good idea to give Rosalind, proprietor of the Horse Lord inn, a past involving a torrid love affair with a centaur?

LOL!

:)

I was wondering how long it would take someone to ask me about that.

Bill Webb told me after he received the first draft he thought it was funny - disgusting, but funny. Also said Clark Peterson would want to cut it, cuz it's sick, but I guess he thought it was funny too cuz it made the final cut.

P.S. if anyone liked Quintain's Tower, there's a mini-sequel in my next book...

Ahhh!!! This gives me bad nightmares of the play Equus. Any theater people out there? Or anyone who remembers this...er...strange play?

I actually played the kid in the scene where he recounts, under hypnosis, his tale of "riding" the horses in an acting class in college. Managed to disturb the class. Heh
