Fear & Loathing at the Gaming Table: The Perils of Caffeine I don't rightly know how much caffeine it would take to kill me, but I'm working on it .... I typically consume a 4-pack of Red Bull during each gaming session. I used to consume a 4-Pack of Red Bull, 2-3 Rockstar energy drinks, and the occasional cup of tea or coffee. I also used to drink this stuff called CRAZY LARRY; my friend would bring it to the gaming table and I'd trade him a Red Bull or a Rockstar for it. This stuff was truly evil, and it turned your tongue either bright blue or orange ... depending on which flavor you drank. It also packed a massive buzz. I never doubted this drink's hardcore credentials. Hell, there was a dynamite-wielding skeleton on the front of the can ... and a fat warning label on the back, telling old people they would die if they drank it. Craziness aside, I was a little bummed out when the distributor of CRAZY LARRY went out of business. I'll really miss that stuff at the table. It made us feel like truly dangerous gamers. Even so, I'm glad I managed to reduce my caffeine intake. That stuff is a hell of a drug ....
