Decent NPC Generator with Equipment?

Can anyone recommend a good NPC generator, that includes equipment? One that incorporates Eberron rules would be even more tops. Thanks!

PCGen let's you customize NPCs. It also has an automatic generator, but that doesn't include equipment yet.

As for your Eberron question, TMK, no generator has a license from WotC to include their closed-content material. CMP had one until their license expired on 12/1/06.

NPC Designer does include equipment and in fact once generated you have a ready to use stat block.

For the same reason's as stated above, no closed content is provided however I do know from users that they have created scripts with said material.
