I've created a 4th edition version of the Deck of Many Things. It's quite a bit different from the classic deck-- 4th edition not only in ruleset but in design as well. Specifically, it's designed to be used in combat and have no lasting repercussions. It keeps a similar balance to good and bad effects as the 3rd edition DoMT, and most of the abilities are based off of that.
It's also made to be used at any level. That means, for example, that I have 6 wraiths statted up for the skull card depending on which level the card drawer is.
