I think the saves, BAB and hp are ok, IMO. hmmm... is this the ultimate combat solution PrC? Bending Reed...(and why the name? nothing related, really, though I know fluff isn't your thing) vs. Rogues - High HP, Combat Expertise, Greater Defensive Strike ability vs. Casters - Evasion, Good fort and reflex saves vs. Multiple Tanks - Moving the shadow ability vs. High BAB & AC Tanks - Moving the shadow ability, Combat Expertise, Greater Defensive Strike ability, Agile Riposte I like the abilities as well, but the Greater defensive strike is a bit much. Essentially it would mean that you could hit your target every other round, nearly guarenteed as you add +5 (why would you ever go lower??) to each attack. And I assume the +5 is for all attacks that are made, so imagine a monk with this PrC attacking with a flurry of blows at +5 before adding his old BAB (+6 min for the PrC) and his new BAB (+3 from the PrC) along with any Str or other bonuses. Not bad for ~11th level character; add in Str=+3, magic=+2, and the bonus for 3 attacks becomes +19, +14, +9. Wow. Adding the best class abilities from rogue makes it even more over-the-top, as Evasion is coupled along with one of the good saves. Moving the shadow is probably something that would be good for a dex/int swashbuckling class, as it relies on out-manuvering a tank. It's a bit much. It seems this PrC is for a Rogue/Fighter wanna-be, and the skills required to enter it are weak. Make them +6 or +8 or so to match the level for the BAB. I like the abilities related to the feats required, but would tone it down. Instead of being capable of having an advantage over every opponent, make it towards being better at one thing than someone else - not better at everything.
