Got notice via Ken St. Andre that Deluxe T&T was available as of today in PDF for non-backers.

So I got it.
For those keeping score: It's a 7.x derivative. Its got almost all the elaborations from prior editions, and a few more. And adds another kind of Dwarf. And it's got about 60 pages of Trollworld Setting, plus the Abyss solo, two GM adventures, and a bit more.
Major differences from 7.0/7.5:
Low attributes no longer penalize Combat Adds
Talents are a fixed +3 bonus, but can be raised.
Talents require an attribute of 10+ to get added at all.
Warrior Armor Bonus can damage armor.
Humans get to reroll failed (but not fumbled - ie, Nat 2/Nat 3 rolls) saves one time.
Optional restrictions on racial spells included.
Lots of setting material.
