I would have included the Dancey letter in it's entirety (though that might be in the WOTC section) because it really brings home in a personal way the rot at TSR's core at the end, though they might assume that everyone who'd be interested in the book has also read that letter. I also might have included more details about the Egbert case, simply because it is such a pivotal moment in the history of D&D and TSR (People speak of the 'glory days' of RPGs in the 80's; I think it's certainly arguable that the publicity fallout from Egbert is the sole reason for that).</blockquote>
