I'm pretty sure that this bit needs a lot of clearing up- the previous iteration of this ruleset had a much more complicated skill system and there are no doubt a bunch of artifacts left over from that in the text here and there.But yes, there is a section on how to make a skill check coming up- I think I already precised it above.</blockquote>
