[Devil’s Workshop] Two New True Arcane Stories released
Louis Porter Jr. Design, in association with Devil’s Workshop, has released its newest supplement line for fantasy OGL games, The True Arcane Story: Boots of Elvenkind and Cloak of Elvenkind. Here is information on The True Arcane Story: Boots of Elvenkind:
A companion to the vaunted cloak of elvenkind, boots of elvenkind figure just as prevalently in the history of the elven peoples. These pairs of magical boots allow the wearer to walk silently, or at least more quietly, across a host of different terrain. These minor wondrous items are as old as the elven race. The origins of these items is surprising though, and the name is a bit of misnomer, but more on that later. The boots of elvenkind are common enough that most elves are given a pair, with a matching cloak when they come of age.

Few magical items are as timeless as the cloak of elvenkind. These magical swaths of fabric allow the wearer to pull the cloak around themselves and blend into the surroundings. This simple, yet useful magical has existed in one form or another for millennia, for nearly as long elves have called themselves civilized. Though the item is certainly humble and the property of the most common elves, and even gifted to the friends of elves, but the history and myth of these swatches of fabric mirrors the history of the elves themselves.
