Oh man, those things are vicious. Great thing to suddenly throw in a campaign, whether you're hunting devils or hunting undead, just something to wake up everybody at the table, while they're getting brainsucked and antimagicked and the thing is healing ten hp every turn.

Actually, they'd be great to throw at an all-Tiefling party.
