Spoilers and speculation:
[sblock]Does he call the police? If he does, how does he explain her being a target? If he doesn't call them right away, he's a suspect in his own wife's murder. Matsuka knows Dexter's wife was cheating on him, and that Dexter knows, and that they are in therapy. And now his sister knows he is the brother of a serial killer. Put two and two together and they might conclude Dexter killed his wife and made it look like the Trinity killer's last murder before he fled. And now Dexter has all that money from Trinity, and his ID, and other items. And Trinity's family all know he was there, at the house, right before the police raided, under the Kyle assumed name. It's going to look an awful lot like Dexter killed his wife if all those pieces come together."[/sblock]
