Dhampyr template?

Somebody posted to link to a dhampyr template that someone proposed on the messageboards, but I lost it.

Sorry, only Dhampir template I know of is the one in Ravenloft: Denizens of Darkness.

By the way, you don't happen to have a Marvel Super Heroes character by the name of Wolfspider, do you? I saw one posted at the Marvel Heroes Classic Roleplaying Game site's messageboard, and was somewhat surprised by the "shared name."
