I'm here to learn from people who know what's going on -- and you seem to be trying to shut one of them up. I'm against shutting people up when they're giving me useful or interesting information. Wow, if that is the case, they really fail to understand what bad service and word of mouth about that service can do to dampen enthusiasm.
