Alternately, it's possible that they didn't find anybody they were interested in, or the candidates did not complete the interview process, or what WotC's asking for is requiring a longer time investment from candidates (that seems unlikely, as it would be rather off-putting for a company to require design samples that take longer than three months to complete).</blockquote>
