You may recall that during last Ocober's donation drive, all those who donated received a one-year community supporter account as a gesture of thanks from myself, PC, Eric, and the other admins and mods.

I have a list of people whose CS accounts are due to expire, which I have pasted below. Please check the list - if, for some reason, you believe that your CS account should not expire (e.g. if you renewed it during the last year or what-have-you), then it would be a great help if you would let me know via email. Please make sure you send me as much information as possible so that I can track down the details - if you have a receipt (from RPGNow or Paypal), it would greatly help if you attached it to your email.

If I accidentally expire your account when I shouldn't have, please accept my apologies. I'll be as careful as I can, but I know myself well enough to be aware that mistakes are likely! I'll fix any errors as quickly as possible.

Note -- if you're on this list but are a moderator, newshound, staff reviewer or some-such, don't worry. Your superpowers are derived from your specific usergroup rather than the Community Supporter account itself. Expiration of the CS account won't affect your access to various features.

Just to see if I understand this correctly:
If I haven't renewed my CS account before it expired I must wait until it is expired before I buy a new one?
Or is it simply that I have allready waited a little too long?

I will renew the CS account but will preferably do it with as little hassle for me and you as possible. I have really been waiting for a PM or email telling me 'Your CS is due for renewal please pay here' but I guess I was wrong?

So now when I'm on the list I should simply wait until I'm no longer a CS and then become one again?

Well, in fact I donated 10$ but never got anything. I don't mind nor ask though, since I am happy to come on Enworld's messageboards everyday. However I think I should tell (I absolutely don't remember how I contributed; not sure it was through Paypal; I have a vague souvenir it was through RPGnow, but I can't say for sure).

Nonetheless, I suscribed a small account today. :)

I renew every three months, and have given three CS Accounts to others, a true share the love of the greatest site! :D
 


I renewed about 1.5 months ago. I sent a letter to you when I renewed. I cannot find my receipt and the history on RPGnow is not listing it, but I was charged.

Sorry for renewing early, but I renewed before I was told not to renew. I sent the e-mail to russ@ en-world.freeserve.co.uk on 9/7 and my credit card statement says I was charged by RPGshop on 9/8.

Heads up to Morrus: I'm in that same boat - I renewed last week. I resent my renewal notification and RPGNow receipt to you again yesterday though since the site was down for a couple of days.
 

That was FAST!

I found this thread pretty quickly this morning when I came to the site, found my name on the list and figured my account would expire at the end of month. I then tried to do a search and got the "You can't do that" gray box. It was then I noticed my custom title was gone and I was back to "Registered User". That was enough to convince me my CSA had already been yanked.

So I followed the link up above, logged into my PayPal account and bought another 1 yr of CSA status. It brought me back to the front forum page and, lo and behold, I have the ability to search and stuff again. Given that it took Morrus some time to activate my account when I first got it, and he's deactivating them manually now I expected it would be a day or so before things got up and running again.

I'm glad to see that's not the case.
