Arctic dwarves are found in the Forgotten Realms, and are described in Monsters of Faerun. They are +1 or +2 ECL (I can't recall off the top of my head), and have +4 Str, -2 Dex, +2 Con, and -2 Cha. They're also Small, and immune to all cold effects and attacks, in addition to all of the normal Dwarven racial abilities. Gold Dwarves have +2 Con and -2 Dex. Their normal +1 racial bonus to attack roll against goblinoids is replaced by a +1 bonus to attack against aberrations. They have all of the other normal dwarven racial abilities. Gray Dwarves are +2 ECL. They have +2 Con and -4 Cha. They have Darkvision up to 120 feet, immunity to paralysis, phantasms, and magical or alchemical poisons, +4 racial bonus to Move Silently checks, and +1 racial bonus to Listen and Spot. They can also cast enlarge and invisibility 1/day as a wizard of twice their level (minimum 3rd). They are sensitive to light, and suffer a -2 penalty to attack rolls, saves, and checks when in bright sunlight or within the radius of a daylight spell. These are, again, in addition to the normal dwarven racial abilities. Then there are the Urdunnir, who are also from the Forgotten Realms. These can be found in Monsters of Faerun. They are ECL +2, and have the same racial abilities and stat adjustments as a normal dwarf. In addition, they have a +4 bonus on saves vs. poison, the ability to "stone walk", which allows them to pass through stone and earth as if it were air while carrying up to twice their body weight, and the ability to cast stone shape 1/round as an 8th level sorceror. They also possess a "shape metal" ability. This is identical to the stone shape spell, except that it affects 5 cubic feet of metal. They must concentrate for a full round before using this ability.
