Monday 12/15: We preview the invoker from Player’s Handbook 2. This new controller class has mastered the original source of divine power, and will introduce summoning to D&D 4th Edition.

That's what I'd heard, too. Doesn't matter to me either way, though; it's more Invoker levels than I have access to now!

I'm such a mechanic junkie, I'm just super interested on how it will work and be easily managed... I can't wait!!!!!!

I'm just interested in the summoning mechanic. Given how the power system was used to model wildshaping and animal companions (plus the pet magic items in the AV), I have some idea of how summoning will work, but I'm still dying to see how WotC implements it.
