It's up, here. Not a whole lot of news, the most important being that WoTC now has its Customer Support team working on the weekends.

They should just kill this column at this point. It tells us nothing useful or interesting at all. It does not attempt to answer the many, many questions about DDI (paypal, number of adventures....). It offers nothing "inside". It offers no news. It's a waste of storage space....

I think it's an excellent column, even though there wasn't much news this week.

A nice way to hear a little about what's going on, and often valuable.

I thought that the information about the expanded Customer Service hours was fairly important information.

It's only real purpose is geek mollification (PR). If they canned the column, even if they put up news like the expanded customer service hours elsewhere, they'd get flooded with complaints about how they "don't communicate with the fans". It's well worth their time to do, even if it doesn't always feel worth my time to read.
