Does the granted power of the Travel Domain and/or the Freedom of Movement spell protect you from being affected by Dimensional Anchor?
From PH:
Dimensional Anchor
...Any creature or object is covered with...field that blocks bodily extradimensional travel. Forms of movement barred by the dim anchor include astral projection, blink, dim door, ethereal jaunt, etherealness, gate, maze, plane shift, shadow walk, teleport, and similiar spell-like or psionic abilitites. It prevents the use of a gate or teleporation circle for the duration of the spell.
The dim anchor does not interfere with the movement of creatures already in ethereaewl or astral form when the spelll is cast, nor does it blick extra dimensional perception or attack forms such as a basilisk's gaze. Also, it does not prevent summoned creatures from disappering at the end of a summoning spell.
Freedom of Movement:
This spell enables you or the creature you touch to move and attack normally for the duration of the spell, even under the influence of magic that usally impedes movement, such as hold person, paralysis, solid fog, slow, and web spells...
Travel Domain granted power:
For a total time per day of 1 round per your cleric level, you can act normally regardless of magical effects that impede movement (similiar to the effect of the spell freedom of movement)...
Edit: To provide link below. The link is for the Discern Location vs. Mind Blank thread. The Sage has ruled that Mind Blank trumps Discern Location, and gives spell level comparison as a deciding issue. Both discern location and mind blank are 8th level spells. Divination blocking spells of 7th or lower level are not effective versus discern location. I offer this as a possible argument, since
Freedom of Movement and Dimensional Anchor are both 4th level. I would rather be correct in my thinking than right, so feel free to offer any and all counterarguments. I've thought of a few myself.
