Isn't there a Deinonychus in the MM under a fantasy name? Claw-foot or something. (Haven't got the books)
Right. The two types of Behemoths are anklyosaurs and stegosaurs.
The assorted Drakes also make good dino stats.
Not only that, but there an awful lot of creatures in there that you can just file the serial numbers off of, add the "reptile" sub-type, and use those stats...
You need raptor dinosaurs that hunt in a pack? Use the stats for Grey Wolves, Dire Wolves or Hyenas.
You need a Triceratops-like charger? Use Dire Boars.
You need a swooping Pterodactyl-like flyer? Use Shadowhunter Bats.
Need a docile herd dino? Riding Horses or War Horses.
Remember, from the DMG, Chapter 10:

Cosmetic Changes
The characters are delving into the jungle-covered ruins of an ancient city now haunted by the yuan-ti. There they discover strange arboreal humanoids with long arms that swoop into battle on the backs of giant wasps. What are these mysterious beings?
This technique is useful for keeping players on their toes even when they know the Monster Manual backward and forward. Use the statistics of a given monster but completely alter its appearance when you describe it to the players. You can make minor changes to its powers as well, altering damage types or changing details of weapons (lashing tentacles become a whipping tail, for example).[/bq]
