Disarm w/Multiple Attacks

A 9th level fighter, attacks of 9/4, attempts to disarm someone. He can make 2 disarm attempts. The first is at BAB 9 and the second is at BAB 4. Right?

He's trying to disarm a fellow 9th level fighter. The defender has a bab of 9 against the first disarm attack. What's his bab against the second disarm attack -a 9 or a 4?

What is he's disarming a 5th level fighter (1 attack at BAB 5)? This guy gets two defenses at BAB 5?

Second question: the defender's second roll to resist the disarm is still at +9.
