But some of them just spend time with their families and don't really have any hobbies... sometimes I wonder if they're more normal, or if they're happier, or if they're better.In the end I guess it doesn't really matter. Set your priorities and do what you feel is appropriate and important.I have quit before. Several times I went cold turkey for a year or two, but came back. Recently my wife criticized me for spending too much time gaming, so I quit to please her. (She then said she didn't want me to quit, just spend more time with her... so I started playing again. )Lately I have been thinking about just quitting.I'm really not thrilled with d20, and it seems to be taking everything over, and I'm starting to feel like there's nothing I want to play any more. Gaming is sort of fun, but just sort of. Maybe its the guys I play with. But how do you find the perfect group?Oh well. I think you did the right thing.
