Displacement and Sneak attack

From what I understood is that "total concealment" (50% miss chance)
is does not always leave you open to flanking or denies you your dex bonus.

Does a Rogue get his sneak attack when he is Displaced?
Does another character get flanking, because the Rogue has total concealment but is not Invisible?

Actually, Displacement does NOT give concealment. It gives a 50% miss chance AS IF the creature had concealment.

So, IMO, the rogue would NOT get sneak attacks just by being displaced, but he could be used to flank.

Which is very weird.

Why so? If the rogue does something that provokes an AoO (shooting a crossbow), everyone sees him. Everyone knows he let his defense down. It's just that all those who try to use this will still have 50% chance of missing

Denmark?

I was actually referencing "Saarland" which, if a real city, I have never heard of. Of course, 99,9% of cities I've never heard of.

Slim.

We are contributing nothing to the thread at hand. My specialty.
