Is there a reason it shouldn't? Undead have no special immunity to illusions that aren't mind-affecting, nor do they have any special non-visual senses unless it says so specifically in their individual descriptions.

Yeah... I don't get why people always assume undead have some sort of special senses...

Right. And SKRs article is a great help if you want to have undeads a little bit more dangerous in your setting
