I had toyed with this a few months back and have been meaning to look at it again. The breakdown is thus... Strength (Control Muscles) - Attack bonus Mass (Weight behind the blow) - Damage bonus, Weight allowance Reflexes (Speed) - AC, Initiative and Save bonuses Coordination - Two-Weapon fighting, Skill bonuses and Missile Attack adj. Health - Save bonus Toughness - HP bonus Reason - Reason checks*, Max. Spell Level (wizards), Learning new spells. Knowledge - Skill bonuses, Additional spells (wizards). Wisdom - Wisdom checks*, Additional spells (clerics) Willpower - Save bonus, Spell Save DCs (all spellcasters) Perception - Skill check bonuses, Max. Spell Level (clerics) Personality - Skill check bonuses (diplomacy and "charisma checks") Presence (Leadership ability and the mystical part of charisma) - Turn undead, Intimidation and Max Spell Level (Sor). *These checks I already use IMC to a certain extent. Reason Checks let you look at an enemy and try and figure out some of his abilities and weaknesses, solve puzzles, "figure something out", amongst other things (and they usually require at least a standard action to accomplish). Opposed Wisdom Checks allow you to predict an enemy's actions in the next round on a standard action, multiple enemies on full-round check, some RP benefits, etc.. If you want to know more about these checks, just ask. The increased number of stats allow me to do one very neat thing for game balance - spread the spellcasting stats around so no *single* stat can be milked to the exclusion of all others. In high level and epic level play where save DC disparities can easily get out of hand, this is a good thing. Stats like Appearance (Comeliness) I feel are just too subjective even when dealing with the same species. You can have a bunch of modifiers for a variety of other species, but it's more a hassle than it's worth I'm sure. Thoughts?
