Celestial and Fiendish are in the Monster Manual.
Anarchic (chaotic) and Axiomatic (lawful) are in Manual of the Planes, and are different enough from Celest./Fiend. that you'll want to look them up.
Also... If you don't want to use the Imp. Familiar feat, the Wizard's website has three spells, Animate Dead Familiar, Elemental Familiar, and Planar Familiar. These spells alter your Familiar without the Imp. Fam. feat, but they require XP to cast... 100 for the Animate, and 500 for Elemental and Planar.
