Message: <blockquote data-quote="DEFCON 1" data-source="post: 7128495" data-attributes="member: 7006">If it were me, I'd probably say her parent were in fact Karrns.  Since that is where the organization originated and is primarily based out of, it's also where you'd find the most devout Seekers-- ones that would actually go about the rather foolish idea of force-feeding a little girl a large draught of dragon's blood in service to their beliefs.  It would also explain why she might not get hunted down right away this early in the campaign, as she is several nations away from where everything went down and it'll take a while for people to find her.And if you decided to go with the "hunted" route, then the most obvious organization to be hunting the PC is the Order of the Emerald Claw, the espionage wing of Karrnath and the Blood of Vol.  I can't remember if the Claw makes an appearance in the 4E adventure... but I know they were a main antagonist in the adventure in the 3E Eberron campaign book, The Forgotten Forge (as well as the modules that take place sequentially after that, Shadows of the Last War, Whispers of the Vampire's Blade, and Grasp of the Emerald Claw.)</blockquote>
