They're being sent to gather information on a particuar orginization's activities, and gather one specific item. The party had a major brush with the ortinization, nearly destroying it.So, I'm trying to build the town's flow of information. One person of note is a baker, Merribelle. From the beginning she's been a member of that orginization, working on keeping an eye out. When the party stayed in the town, one was sequestered (is that the term for when members of the military would stay with a civilian in an occupied town?) with her. Needless to say, she got a whole lot of information out of that. Unfortunately she's got too much information. I'm hurting just trying to keep track of it. In the town, there are several other people who have nearly as much information. I don't think I can map this all out, and the thought of trying just makes my brain hurt.My other option involves running the players through were the main party is now, where a group is trying to distract them while the people hunting the party catch up. This is going to involve a lot of misdirection, and knowing why various parts of the town are locked down. Again, my mind cringes at the thought of trying to put all this together. Assuming the party could continue on their way, they'd be heading next to a large town, which is also something I'm just not feeling capable of working out right now. "weapons shop?
