In this thread, we DMs can share ideas for minor villains and minibosses who we could introduce to players as adversaries we dont mind getting killed. Someone else does the work so if they get off, less investment. FUNNY Slobbob the Sludgehammer Description: A big fat greasy pile of grey-green muscle, Slobbob is fat half orc half goliath of great height and width. Slobbob dresses as a knightto get meetings with nobility in order find out who they consider undesirable. He is a user of the Ooze Fighting style as the only parts of his body that moves fast is his arms which rapidly applies poison on his weapons during battle. He weilds a greatsword but calls it a hammer because he's not so bright. Stats: Modified Knight Combat: Slobblob is a 60 HP 16AC Knight except his attacks deal Poison danage instead of Radiant damage. He targets whoever visibly looks like they have good ranged attacks. Exploration: Anything Slobbob touches that itsnt his equipment will be covered in grease and require Strength checks instead or Dexterity checks to manipulate. Cause he is greasy. Usage: Use Slobblob when the PCs insult or upset a member of the nobility. Slobbob is known for acting without "officially" being told so Good for screwing up an escape route. Now all the doorknobs are sticky and slimy. SERIOUS Ambre the Ambitious Description: Ambre looks like any secret minion of a vampire. Ambre skulks around the villages under the guise of trade, using her master's abilty to hear their name anytime spoken aloud within a mile of anyone ever feed on. The main difference between her and others, Ambre wants control of her master's Bloodears. She doesnt like her master's and seeks for a way to maintain her supernatural abilities while staying human. Stats: Vampire Familiar Combat: Ambre will stay behind other vampires minions and throw Daggers. Social: Ambre will attempt to convince adventurers that the Vampire is too strong and that they need to research how to stun it or knock it into weakened state. She will deny working for it, using her hatred, ambition, and envy for Advantage on Wisdom (Insight) checks. She will offer gold to party arcanists and priests to research the Torpor spell and attempt to steal it once discovered Usage: Ambre can be used to nudge to or inform the party of a vampire's whereabout. If the party bites and says either hers or her master's names, she can pop up. She will rally undead forces if she hears that the party seeks to slay the vampire before she can permanently put them to undead rest.
